Trina will facilitate exercises to mobilize the wrists, shoulders, ankles, and hips. It will also prepare you for loading the upper and lower body in more complicated bodyweight movements. 

Summer will lead a conditioning based circuit designed to help you enter flowstate, sync your movement with breath and build strength.

Trina Altman, A.B., NCPT, received her training through STOTT PILATES® and is an E-RYT 500, YACEP®. She’s the creator of Yoga Deconstructed® and Pilates Deconstructed®, which take an interdisciplinary approach to foster an embodied understanding of yoga and Pilates and their relationship to modern movement science. 

Trina has presented at Kripalu, the Yoga Alliance Leadership Conference and Momentum Fest, among others. She also created and taught a Pilates continuing-education course for physical therapists and was part of the faculty for the Brain Longevity conference at UCLA. 

Trina was a finalist in the Next Pilates Anytime Instructor competition in 2017. Her work has been published in Yoga Journal, Yoga International, and Pilates Style magazine and her classes have been featured on Yoga International and Yoga Anytime. She also consulted for Equinox to help develop their signature program Best Stretch Ever, which utilizes the mobility stick to improve functional range of motion, body awareness, and total body strength. Her book, Yoga Deconstructed®: Movement Science Principles For Teaching is slated to be published by Handspring Publishing in December of 2020.

Summer Huntington is the founder of Flow ShalaFlow State Summit and Steel Mace Vinyasa. Passionate about the art and science of optimizing Flow, she specializes in adult behavioral change & helping busy people cultivate a meaningful movement practice using ancient tools like Clubs and Steel Mace. She holds a Masters in Kinesiology: Human Movement and Performance and has published 12+ Online Courses including Kinesiologyoga 101, Steel Mace Vinyasa lvl 1 & 2 and most recently Movement Coaching 101 (a virtual seminar for CEC credit with Yoga Alliance). She founded Clubbell Yoga after studying with Master Flow Coach Scott Sonnon, and has taught her signature educational seminars globally since 2011. Summer is a Master Trainer for RAD Roller -Self Myofascial Release tools and studied under Noah Maze & Rocky Heron at Wanderlust Hollywood to complete her 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. 

 
Summer’s approach integrates Flow psychology, applications of Flow based training and mindset. She believes we are stronger together, and hopes to empower people to create a meaningful movement practice. Summer lives in a tiny home in Bellingham, Washington with her son Cedric and practices Steel Mace & Dance / Free Flow and performs occasionally at the local Circus Guild.
