Alicia Wang has been a personal trainer, yoga instructor and movement coach for more than 20 years. Her passion lies in helping others tune into their own strength and magic while attuning to the natural cycles of the natural world outside and within our own bodies.
She will be guiding you through nature connection practices as well as a gentle mobility practice to attune us to our own nature and as we digest stress. There will be embodiment work, so come ready to go deep and release!
