What is Steel Mace Vinyasa?
Summer Huntington developed Steel Mace Vinyasa™ as a tool to gain freedom through movement, access the healing state of mind known as Flow State consciousness and to empower humans to tap into their full potential. Steel Mace Vinyasa™ is a culmination of ancient tools, modern Kinesiology & Yoga principles and high performance coaching tactics. Summer has taught seminars integrating her work on loaded asana globally since 2012, and Steel Mace Vinyasa is the next evolution of her work in cross training with a purpose.

Mark Wildman grew up in rural Ohio on an equestrian therapy horse farm. He learned the value of health at a young age, while watching his mother work with kids who suffered from autism, paralysis, and degenerative diseases like cerebral palsy.
Mark is passionate about coaching fitness and circular strength training. He is always finding new ways to apply his knowledge of training science. Mark’s passion for design and aesthetic beauty is evident in the results of his coaching of tactical fitness, aerial fabric, physical combat, and sword fighting. Mark is based out of Los Angeles, California.
His main client base is professional athletes and the Hollywood elite. Mark has been contracted to travel around the world and train some of Hollywood biggest stars for various A list movies.
Charleen Hess is a dynamic and playful movement coach who specializes in helping people feel strong and connected to their body. Her main goal is to enable you to move through life more gracefully and PLAY without limitation or chronic pain.
She has been involved in fitness for 20+ years, is a certified personal trainer and holds multiple certifications in varied disciplines of fitness instruction. She personalizes every class to meet the needs of the individual students, making sure you progress at the pace that is right for you and your body. Whether teaching Clubbells, Flow fit, Steel Mace or Yoga she focuses on building strength, developing complex movement patterns and incorporating breathing techniques to expedite recovery. This allows you to maximize the effectiveness of your exercise while accelerating recovery. Incorporating these techniques regularly will prevent injuries, reduce pain and minimize soreness so you can enjoy an active lifestyle. Whether you’re just a beginner or an advanced athlete, Charleen is able to draw from her experience in numerous movement methods to empower you to discover your limitations, develop strength and explore new movement patterns so you can master Flow and Playfulness in your own body.

Renna Fir is a certified movement coach specializing in somatics to help her clients move through chronic pain from postural habits and injury in a matter of weeks so they can embody a life of presence and balance. Her educational background inspires Renna’s teaching to integrate the body and mind. Renna brings her lived experience of healing through long term chronic emotional and physical pain through movement to inspire her clients to rewrite old patterns in their bodies, overcoming chronic pain for good.
Renna’s certifications in Hatha Yoga, Kinesiology Yoga, Senior’s Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Steel Mace and Steel Mace Vinyasa are paired with an 11 year long consistent yoga practice under specific Ashtanga and Hatha yoga mentors as well as a BA in Human Behavioral Studies.
